Our litigation team has experience in handling complex arbitration matters involving international and multinational companies. We have acted for a NASDAQ-listed US software company in an International Court of Arbitration (ICC) Arbitration against a Thai manufacturing/supply company for claims in excess of US$13 million in a dispute over the supply of software services. The arbitration was governed by Thai law. We have also acted for a Japanese brokering company in an Arbitration before the Singapore International Arbitration Centre (SIAC) against an Indian conglomerate arising out of a sale and purchase agreement that fell through. The arbitration was governed by English law.
